Redcliffe Futures put together an initial Planning Framework document that was then taken up by BCC, refined and turned into a Supplementary Planning Document. In other words, any development in Redcliffe must follow the recommendations set out in the document and developers must consult with Redcliffe Futures and their dedicated council officer, Emily Price. SP and DW reiterated that this is the primary objective of BCP’s Community Action Plan group.
5.2 Respect
5.2.1 DW reported that Respect is to interview another 3 outreach workers.
5.2.2 However, there are concerns that the 2 temporary development workers will not be replaced, which potentially jeopardises the long-term viability of BCP as posting and communication services might be lost.

PB suggested that letter be written by BCP to request clarification. Action: AP to write to Ian Crawley, cc’d to Devid Pendle (YMCA), Ann White (BCC Property Division), Neighbourhood and Housing Services (BCC).
