Joules Taylor still not receiving minutes, although AP confirmed they had been sent to email address.
4.2 AP wrote to Garry Hopkins. No response.
4.3 AP wrote to Chris Rose. Response that this is simply a traffic matter.
4.4 Done, but no response from Chris Rose on that matter.
5 Project Updates
5.1 Community Action Plan
5.1.1 Steve Pearce reported that the Working Group is has nearly completed its interim report, following workshops with the Sustainable Cities Team.
5.2 Respect

5.3 Wicklea Shadow Management / YMCA
5.3.1 Report that YMCA/BCC Wicklea contract has collapsed. Although short-term future of Wicklea is assured by BCC, agreed to write to Garry Scrace and his line manager to invite them to attend a BCP meeting to outline BCC’s longer-term plans for Wicklea and to explore BCP’s opportunities, including co-operative status. Action: AP
5.4 Nightingale Valley
5.4.1 Andy Grant reported that he has undertaken health and safety training with BCC and work in valley will recommence.

6 Planning Applications
6.1 AP detailed recent planning applications in Brislington E and W. Of particular note was renewed applications for Hollybush Inn. Agreed to comment on both applications in advance of deadline. Action: AP
6.2 Agreed to invite the SEAT planning team to attend future BCP meetings so that we can engage with planning process more directly and so that SEAT gets a better picture of the community. Action: AP
