1. Minutes of the last meeting
Minutes of last meeting were accepted as true and accurate,

It was noted that the Awards for all funding application had been returned seeking more information but had been sent back to Wicklea and lost.
Trevor Jones to attempt to expedite,
£5,000 was still outstanding from BCC Steve Pearce to action and £1,200 from ESP funding, invoice has been submitted by Treasurer.

Football Project
No report.
Skateboard Project
The program was continuing but of late had experiencing a measure of disrespect against them and Wicklea from outsiders and felt that an occasional Police presence would be of great help.
In an attempt to remedy the position they were applying for Capital funding to smarten up the hall and put in some protection furniture to protect the walls. They had also applied to Tesco Community Awards for £5,000 to broaden the project, it should take 3 months before they hear.
The intention is to open it to a broader section and start charging, about a pound.

4. Street Based Workers
The outreach workers were varying there route by starting at a different place so that times at different points varied, this was proving to be interesting. The CAF training was a great help as they often met young people who needed help.
They were finding an over lap with the skate board project.
Richard Fletcher is going to join them on one of there Friday nights walks.

5. Wicklea
Young Bristol are still waiting for BCC to offer a lease greater than 25 years, it was noted that Southvill was on a 999 year lease.
