The back of this postcard credits the local photographer William Albert Winchester. Here we see a relaxing moment in the home life of the family residing at Brooklea.

The house is demolished but some traces of the garden remain in the woodland near the Brooklea Health Centre (which derives its name from this place).

Visit our notes for more information about this photographer and postcard publisher, and their work in Brislington.
