In this photograph we see soldiers on horseback with the horses harnessed to a gun carriage bearing a draped coffin. The procession has halted, and more soldiers line the route, presenting arms. Several carriages are at the rear, each driver wearing a top hat. In a foreground among the crowd is a child wearing naval uniform.
